OverDrive API Partners,

We have updated our Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to review the latest version of the OverDrive API License Agreement (Terms & Conditions). To make these updates easier for you to find, we've highlighted the exact changes in blue.

The purpose of today's change is to allow our partners to share with OverDrive data about our mutual customers, including but not limited to, information about items in their collection that are not provided by OverDrive (for example, non-digital materials).

As a reminder, continued use of the OverDrive APIs implies consent with our most current license agreement.
