OverDrive API Partners,

We’ve made some enhancements to the OverDrive Circulation APIs to support more patron account features like viewing and updating lending periods, viewing checkout and hold limits, and updating holds settings.

The Holds API now allows users to edit the email address and the auto-checkout setting for specific holds (without changing the status of the hold).
The Patron Information API now allows users to find their checkout and hold limits. Users can also find and change their preferred lending periods (when possible).

In addition, we’ve finished the architectural upgrade for our Search API (to review those changes, see our previous announcement about this improvement).
