We identified a network routing issue that was continuing to cause HTTP 400 responses to API requests by routing a percentage of requests to an incorrect server. The complete window of this service interruption was between 4:45 PM EST 29-JAN-2014 and 7:40 AM EST 30-JAN-2014.
