Yesterday, Dec 22nd, we updated the logic around formats that’s used in the Library Account API. Previously, when you called a customer’s collection, you received a complete list of formats that the customer was eligible to add to their collection. As of yesterday, only formats that are currently enabled in the customer’s account will be returned. So, for example, while a collection may be eligible for our streaming video service, the format will only appear in the API response if the format is turned on for their account (and, likely, they own streaming videos titles).
The Library Account API is the only API that changed for this update. For more information about this API, see our our documentation.
